Everything! Shipped product got lost (after being about a month on its way to europe!!)
Custumer service is slow and not friendly.
The product itself (a sushi roll maker) is the most ridiculous item I ever ordered, not worth a penny, just cheapest asian rubbish. The iantsruction manual couldn't be read as it seemed to be the 1000the copy of any (probably) original (translated down from taiwanese I guess).
DO NOT ORDER THERE! It was the worst shopping experience since I shopped on the internet!!!!
