Been using The Coffee Factory for a couple of years now. I get the Roaster's Choice, delivered every two weeks. The quality of the coffee is always excellent, plus there is a real variety as the coffee changes on a regular basis. Indian and Chinese coffees have been suprisingly good. But the reason I felt compelled to write a review, is that for the first time ever, my coffee was not delivered. I emailed the support team, who confirmed that it had been sent and also included proof that it had been delivered. So really not their fault. But they then sent a replacement pack free of charge which arrived today. It was customer service far beyond what I expected.
But sign up to the subscrition service for the coffee, not for the customer service!
