Was gifted a subscription and received 2 bags of coffee beans.. neither of which are anyway close to my taste. When I try to change my subscription to select a different bean I’m told that the difference in pack size does not make this possible (?). So it seems that I will go on to receive 2 random bags of beans until the subscription expires that are someone else’s choice and are likely to go straight in the bin - very sad and environmentally dumb. I was hoping for an opportunity to try other beans and roasts based around my love of the coffee that usually drink.. I don’t understand why this isn’t possible. How is this an appropriate gift for a ‘coffee geek’?
