I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Courier Guy call center and the company overall. I recently received a message from someone claiming to represent Courier Guy stating that I needed to make a payment. Shockingly, this individual had access to all my personal details: my bank, the order I placed, the amount I paid, and more. They claimed the payment hadn't gone through and asked me to repay it. Upon realizing it was a scam, I immediately contacted courier to report the issue. However, no one at the call center was willing to assist me. Instead of addressing this serious security breach, they simply told me to "send an email." This experience has completely eroded my trust in Courier Guy I strongly suspect someone within the company is selling customer information. To others, I would advise extreme caution when dealing with this company, especially when making payments or receiving communication in their name. Courier Guy lack of concern for such a serious matter is alarming and unacceptable.
