I have only received excellent service . I use PUDO a lot and never had a problem . The cherry on the top was the service I received from Cayla at Showgate centre in Bloem . I inadvertently dropped off my PUDO parcel at Showgate and not at Mega Parklocker and left . she called me and then personally took my parcels across the road to the correct drop off. Hang onto this sterling employee!
