There are many aspects to what your company does that I love. The ordering is quick and easy. The delivery is super fast. I have yet to make use of the return option, I think the envelopes that can be purchased are a little pricey. The bottle is beautiful and I love that the pipe goes all the way to the bottom so that you can use every single drop. Where I found I have issue is with the cleaning product itself. My clothes felt like they came out dirtier than when they went in, even if I used double the amount of product recommended. Even if washing the clothes twice. What this product is absolutely great at is cleaning my hair. As an all natural product I've started using it as a shampoo and it is the best product I've ever used!! No more frizz, my hair is lighter and has more volume and I have been able to extend the period between washes. I have recommended the product on this basis multiple times.
