Love the bulk packs of liquid which I decant into an old container (plastic, I know, but I reuse and reuse).
Luke warm about the return envelope with every third purchase of bulk pack - challenge to squeeze three of these big guys into the envelope.
Don't love the glass dispenser full of liquid - straight out of the delivery box, placed on laundry bench, picked up to dispense into machine, fell apart in my hand - yes glass broke- I'm guessing had a bit of a rough delivery journey. (I've been using the stain removed one for a while - ok).
