This was a gift that arrived with a broken bottle. The broken bottle was replaced, but the whole gift looked terrible.
I thought the 450ml refills had leaked too as they look half empty but that’s just how they come. For a company that’s about sustainability I would expect packages to be full. Perhaps reduce the size of you packaging
