Products work well, and ordering is easy.
My only complaint would be that you only get sent an envelope to send empty packets back after 3 orders. I purchased a starter pack which has 3 sachets of product. Then I reordered 3 packs of wash. I ended up buying the reply paid envelopes to send my empties back. The envelope should be sent when you purchase 3 or more sachets.
