I chose to buy here in preference to using a larger supplier, in part to support smaller business, and because it was undeniably cheaper - if only by 50p. Regardless, the process was flawless and the product (a Highlander rucksack that will be my cabin bag and pub walk rucksack) is as suitable as I’d hoped, and a proper bargain at the price.
