They are selling Rayban frames without guarantees as they do not have a Rayban account. I made sure that I asked as I had been stung buying fake stuff before. They say they are cheap but I think it means they are not genuine Raybans. Vision express are more expensive but at least its the real thing and you get a guarantee card and proper case and cloth
