“Definitely recommend, Ash as always was super helpful and friendly whilst choosing my glasses. I was on a a tight budget and Ash pointed out some frames at 50% off which just so happened to have the style that I like.
Ash was extremely informative and honest about his upcoming holiday which could put a small delay on the delivery but I was happy with that. They arrived a lot sooner than I anticipated in a lovely baby pink swede case. ( my favourite colour !! )
Ash updated me via txt to let me know that they had been posted as recorded delivery via royal mail. Super Job . Cant fault Ash's professionalism and speedy service. Would always return to this shop for any repairs or new frames as easy to access as has parking out the front. Thanks ash .”
“Before stumbling across The Eye Factory my experience with Opticians was not great. The yearly treck to replace glasses to the various High Street alternatives was something I dreaded, the eye test was always followed by the hard sell to boost the sell price i.e. tints, protective coating, designer frames, bifocal lens etc. etc.
Whereas Ash and Martin are delightful, very helpful, very professional and nothing is to much trouble.
My new glasses were also available in less than a week.”

“They are selling Rayban frames without guarantees as they do not have a Rayban account. I made sure that I asked as I had been stung buying fake stuff before. They say they are cheap but I think it means they are not genuine Raybans. Vision express are more expensive but at least its the real thing and you get a guarantee card and proper case and cloth”
