I really enjoyed the structure. I realise that may not be for everyone but I liked not having to think of meals each day. I also liked that I could swap meals and the recipes were great. A lot of the time it doesn’t feel like I’m on a diet. The exercise plan was good too, giving gentle starters for all levels and building it up as you are ready for more challenging stuff.
