The meals are lovely. I followed the plan for the first two/three weeks then was busy with Christmas and my daughter’s wedding plans. I didn’t follow it for a few weeks then thought I’d cancel the subscription in case I forgot at the end of the 12 weeks and be charged monthly thereafter. I emailed to say I wasn’t using it and could I put it on hold for a few weeks and was told that since I had cancelled the plan it had to end after the 12 weeks and I’d lose any information after that time. I feel like I’ve wasted £119. I thought more of this company than this standard of customer service.
