The am full of praise of the Fast 800 program: the internet program is so well integrated & supportive. The menu selections are, for the most part, excellent and I will continue making some of my favorites. Any failing in the program has been my fault. A debilitating knee injury last October totally derailed the daily Fast 800 regime most successfully in September and continued to hamper it when I restarted the Fast 800 program again in January. I will restart the Fast 800 again today, if that is possible. Thank you for advising me what I need to do to make this possible.
