A brilliant well organised and healthy programme. I wanted a program that will optimise my health as I age. Losing weight wasn’t the main incentive. But wow! That’s been a bonus. I feel lighter, cleaner, clearer, and I love trying on clothes I haven’t worn in years. My joints feel lubricated , my hip pain and the chest cough I’ve had forever have gone. My inflammation has gone. I’m a new & vibrant woman!
