Life changing, very well researched, clear and easy to follow. The menu's are varied and suprisingly filling. However, the best bit is the approach, knowing you have support and advice if you need it, not beating yourself up if you have an occasional glass of wine and watching the weight drop off without hardship. The very best regime ever.
