I did not think I could do this but I have enjoyed the food,I like that you can swap meals. It has been challenging my wife and I tackled it together we are at week 10 I have lost 22lb my wife has lost 16lb but she has seen changes in her diabetic levels for the better. Looking forward to the road ahead
