Highly recommend this programme. It's not just about weight loss but improving health and wellbeing in a supportive, fact based and non judgemental way. I've found the weekly menus, exercises, mindfulness and articles easy to use and navigate. I've been able to adapt the different approaches such as from the 5:2 to the very fast 800 2 meals a day, to the transition 4:3 at week 10. I'm eating better, spending less on food I don't need, and lost significan weight along the way. I was addicted to sugar and now I have the knowledge and techniques to help me ignore it. I know the difference between real hunger and emotional hunger. Fast 800 can work for you too. Good luck :)
