This diet was a life saver. Realising the implications of life changing diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes, I would have struggled to find the way through all the changes needed to be made. Particularly as I am too old to be considered for the NHS support systems. I am succeeding so far and actually looking forward to my first diabetes review in about 3 weeks. I am fitter, slimmer and much, much more knowledgeable. Thank you.
