I joined the fast800 program as much for the exercise program as the meals and have been hugely impressed. I didn’t just lose weight but learned I need to add more calcium and protein to my diet. It was so informative and helpful thought I had a pretty good idea of what a healthy diet was! But it was even more. With its variety of exercise programs including resistance, HIIT, Pilates and stretching, meditations, habit building workshops and articles on eating healthily, this was a wonderfully holistic program that I believe would be helpful for anybody. There were 6 weeks where due to a long overseas trip without internet I was not able to keep it up but even getting half those weeks in, this was a fantastic course. Thank you!
