Week 10/12.
I have really enjoyed the program. The meal choices are flexible, which has allowed me to switch meals if the recommended meal is not to my taste.
All of the low impact exercises have been more than manageable. As well as that I have walked or cycled every day.
The reading has also been manageable. Not to long or short.
So far 12.5kg off. I am really proud of my achievements.
I would certainly recommend The Fast 800.
