This is the best & most successful diet I've ever tried. The food is delicious & nutritious, so you don't feel too deprived. Even though the Very Fast 800 (for those wanting a fast start or who have a lot to lose) is only 800 calories a day, you still eat 2 or 3 meals of real food. The app is very easy to use & very helpful. There are recipes, exercises, meditations, learning articles, as well as community groups. You do need to be willing to cook (mostly) simple recipes tho.
