I am currently on week ten, 7 kilos down and have to say, it couldn't be easier. I love the concept, of new food, new recipes and the shopping list. They all help to keep me interested and feeling like I am in a test kitchen. I have had a few mishaps but that is always my fault, as my husband decides to eat something different and I don't adjust the ingredients accordingly. Being in New Zealand and mid winter, it isn't that easy to add salads to every meal, but am thrilled with how easy the meals are that I just keep following along. Thank you for the research and skill in making such a quick and easy to follow formula for us to use. Cheers Susan
