I can't write a review because when I started the trial it allows you a peiord to get familiar with it before you use the programme then you can access it the following Monday to start the trial. So as I signed up on a Monday I couldn't use the app properly until the next Monday but by that time my trial had expired. So I didnt get to use it and won't sign up to something I haven't had experince of
