Excellent customer service. This team truly cares about their clients. Items are always properly described and backed by photos. One time, as they were packaging up my items to ship, they noticed a blemish on my item that was not listed in the description... they notified me immediately and offered me a slight discount on the item if I wanted to proceed with the purchase.
