Excellent customer service from Rohai and team. The bag purchased is in excellent condition although it’s preloved. My transaction had issues after receiving text from bank, yet this team assured me immediately they are looking at the issue, reserved the bag for me and open the deal again after the payment issue settled. Definitely will go back to this merchant with integrity in business.
