Am amazed at the time it takes to get a refund. I sent a parcel back on 25th May, acknowledged 1st June. Even allowing for 14 business days, I should have received the refund by now.
It seems very unfortunate that a company who caters for the professional is unable to make a refund within an acceptable time in the 21st century.
I have unsubscribed from the Fold updates and do not intend shopping there again.
