“Horrible quality shoes, I wore twice for a total of around 2 miles of work in an office, some walking in the parking lot. The soles look like I have worn them for years, bottoms falling apart. $375 shoes. Customer service has reviewed my photos and determined the damage is from wear and tear, and will not replace or refund. Outrageous- they do not stand by their quality. They must consider the damage from 2 miles of wear and tear as standard business. Buyer beware…”
“Am amazed at the time it takes to get a refund. I sent a parcel back on 25th May, acknowledged 1st June. Even allowing for 14 business days, I should have received the refund by now.
It seems very unfortunate that a company who caters for the professional is unable to make a refund within an acceptable time in the 21st century.
I have unsubscribed from the Fold updates and do not intend shopping there again.”
