Their Yums System is a scam - I've accumulated enough points to get £20 off a meal. EVERYTIME I have made a booking trying to use my Yum points the booking has been cancelled by multiple restaurants on the day of the booking, disappointing both me and family. Their Yums points are worthless as you cannot use them. The Fork continues to let restaurants cancel bookings despite the restaurant themselves saying they accept Yums, and there are no penalties against these restaurants. The Fork is scamming people into using their website to make bookings as their loyalty 'Yums' points system is WORTHLESS and cannot be used.
