I am very impressed with the service. My emails were responded to efficiently and honestly. Despite the delay in getting stock to fulfil my order I received the item as promised. Having never bought from The Game Collection before and knowing the item was selling out everywhere fast I was nervous placing the order as the item was a Christmas present. When my order was showing as still processing for a few days my fears of being let down started. I emailed customer service and a reply came the following day assuring me that stock was on the way and it would be sent out to me as soon as it came in. Another email a week later asking for an update and a reply came advising that the stock was taking longer to arrive than anticipated but would be shipped immediately. The item arrived yesterday in plenty of time for Christmas! I have no hesitation in buying from the Game Collection again. Thank you.
