The game wasn't despatched until 8 days after I placed the order. It was bought as a birthday gift so was late as a result. Upon querying why it hadn't arrived, I was told that they had been busy and there was a technical issue. He sent it that day for me as a result of my email - goodness knows when it would have arrived otherwise. Not great service at all.
