Placed the order on 25 November.
Website says it takes 4/5 days to deliver.
Customer services say it was eventually dispatched on 2 December via Royal Mail.
It’s 9 December and the item still hasn’t arrived. I’ve ordered items from other sources that used Royal Mail to deliver after 2 December and received them.
The moment has past to provide the gift. The Gift Experience won’t provide a refund despite not fulfilling the order.
I’d recommend avoiding this business. It is looking like a scam.
