Two things let down what is otherwise a good website. First and most annoying was the basket item timeout feature. If items have been in the basket for over a certain amount of time they disappear without trace and warning. This was very frustrating to look in the bag and have to try to work out what was missing.
Secondly their were limited filter options which meant that I needed to scroll through many items to find what I wanted, which only exacerbated the first point.
