I returned 3 jackets to them (cost: £412). I used Inpost locker to return it, as per their instruction. The Inpost locker did not log a receipt and the item was lost.
HIP refused any responsibility and charged me the full amount - refused to meet me at cost price.
I feel treated like a scam artist - like I would have use for three very similar blue (over-priced) overshirt jackets.
Incredibly poor customer service and I will absolutely not be using HIP store again.
