Giving me advice, a clear understanding about ownership, maintenance and cost. 6 weeks later our new Monacoi Hot Tub was delivered. As first time hot tub owners we didn’t know what to expect, what size to go for, but so glad we chose the Hot Tub Company. The installation team Mark and Burt were absolutely brilliant, professional, friendly and efficient. Thanks once again to them for an excellent installation and easy to understand instructions on maintenance and usage. My family and I look forward to many years of continuing to use the hot tub.
