I am a REAL person and I will freely admit I had to think very long and hard about spending the money that The Human Reach was asking for as their fee. I found it hefty until I did some research and found that, while there were plenty of services out there offering to help for 10% of the cost, there were also several out there that were 2-3 times what The Human Reach charged. I took the plunge, knowing that there was NO guarantee of a job. The program is very self-directed but I found that the coaching was taylored to me and kept me directed and moving forward toward my goal. Once I got into interviews, the work I had done with their guidance paid off to where I was able to ace the interview and get myself into a great opportunity. A lot of people think that these services are, "Sign up, get offered awesome job" with no work or detail on your end and that is untrue no matter what you do. The Human Reach hands you the tools you need, helps guide you through using them, and the rest is on you. Plain and simple. It was 100% worth the money......especially considering that the side door method and other tools they provide to you are permanent and portable-if you land a job and need to move on again later then you still have access to them. And you are easily able to connect and pay a small fee for more coaching in the future if you ever need the service again. 5/5 would 100% do it again!
