APPALLING COMPANY ! I have been owed a refund for well over a month . They have acknowledged receipt of item . I have written about 30 messages giving them relevant information . Its always the same questions and no refund ! So dishonest . I will be taking this further . Appalling customer service ! Really disappointed . How can they be allowed to operate online ? How can they get away with this ! DISHONEST
