“No such thing as a refund at the hut group. Customer service is unacceptable. They send you copy and paste verbiage. I have returned some items in early February but they claim they have not received the items. I have sent them the postal return receipt which states that the parcel has been received. They simple ignore it and and offer no assistance in resolving the issue. I can only advice people to stay away from this company. The don’t even deserve one star. They deserve the reward for the worst online shop experience ever.”

I’m international and to start with they sent three tops that I didn’t even order. Obviously I didn’t want them. I contacted them to request I return them as they were notvwhat I had ordered.
