No such thing as a refund at the hut group. Customer service is unacceptable. They send you copy and paste verbiage. I have returned some items in early February but they claim they have not received the items. I have sent them the postal return receipt which states that the parcel has been received. They simple ignore it and and offer no assistance in resolving the issue. I can only advice people to stay away from this company. The don’t even deserve one star. They deserve the reward for the worst online shop experience ever.
