Waited 2 years to finally be able to purchase my dream sneakers, when I finally bought it. Delivery was delayed for 2 weeks. I contacted both courier and the iconic multiple times because it felt to me that the parcel was lost. They dismissed me and said there was nothing they could do. My parcel was indeed lost, and they didn't even offered to send me another. Simply refunded the money with a lame apology. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER, that being said from someone who works in customer service and knows good customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
