I even noticed some holes on one product straight after the purchase but their team member said that because it is one of the 3 he can't do anything. Anyway I just warn people. Some of my older underwear last more than 5 year. Bad customer service and bad products quality.”
“I placed an order with them last night and within 5 minutes (maybe less) , I contacted them to ask them to cancel my order as I needed to make some changes. I had no one to talk to but a bot but it said that it prioritizes cancellation requests. This korning I got a message from their team saying that my request was declined as they alreqdy packed my order. SERIOUSLY? I find that so hard to believe. Then I also got a message asking me to rate their service. I tried to use the link but it said I could no longer rate them as the ticket has already been closed. That is so effin convenient. They are using ZENDESK. With it, you can easily configure the system so it allows customer to rate you even afterba ticket was closed. Heck, it is so flexible that you can even ask fo customer rating for every interaction with a customer. Since they have set up their system in such a way that feedback is jo longer possibpe after a ticket was closed just shows that they dont care ajout getting feedback at all! Maybe because they know their service is terrible!”
“Bought and paid for a black trench coat however when I received it I was unsure of the colour, it looked like a very dark navy blue but when I looked at the attached tag is said “BLACK” so I kept the coat only to find when I did wear it (daytime) it was in fact navy blue. When I enquired about replacing it with a black trench coat I was told they didn’t have any in stock. Did The Iconic deliberately deceive me by placing a tag which said “BLACK” on the navy blue trench I actually received!!! I have sent them 3 photos of the coat I received and they agree that it is navy blue. This is not “fair trading”.”

“Really upset with Iconic!!I was a huge fan of Iconic, purchasing items every few months! Stopped using any other makeup and switched all my makeup to Iconic. They have let me down with a recent order after showing the makeup to my 15 year old niece, I purchased a gift box for her 16th birthday present and this turned up smashed. The whole prep set glow cracked and leaked throughout, ruined everything inside, Iconic will only offer to send a new prep set glow!! I really dont understand how that's good customer service! The whole point is the boxed giftset, beautiful box sealed with the makeup inside, how can I now give this out as a gift when all items are soaked and ruined! After being a long standing customer spending hundreds of pounds and not replacement or refund. I'm absolutely appalled and feel so let down. Iconic customer service absolutely disgraceful...so I really hope other customers your courier doesn't damage your parcel, because Iconic won't refund or replace!!!”
“Waited 2 years to finally be able to purchase my dream sneakers, when I finally bought it. Delivery was delayed for 2 weeks. I contacted both courier and the iconic multiple times because it felt to me that the parcel was lost. They dismissed me and said there was nothing they could do. My parcel was indeed lost, and they didn't even offered to send me another. Simply refunded the money with a lame apology. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER, that being said from someone who works in customer service and knows good customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”

Paid for the men’s elite watch off the website, got told via email as I enquired about authentication, I got told it would come with an authentic certificate. What arrived was nothing off the website, didn’t get told anything for 5 days and only to be told it is authentic and the watch doesn’t have the “Hugo boss logo anymore” despite it being a different colour, different silver, different number in it and the surrounding square of it. Not to mention it had a “Japan china bracelet” attached to it. No authentic certificate.
No apologies, no explanation just got told I’m welcome to Return it and mind you they make you print the labels yourself so you are out of pocket, not many people own a printer these days. Mind you I provided them with all proof of photos from what was in the website to what I received.

The Iconic processed it wrong and instead of rectifying it when I raised and putting it on an express delivery they said 'too bad' you'll have to wait. The customer service is appalling.”

“I ordered a pair of black Nike tech fleece shorts. I paid $98 with postage. The postage was fast however the item arrived damaged and looked worn. There were brown scuff marks around the shorts and a large hole with thread coming out everywhere. Very very disappointed. I returned them immediately and I’m awaiting my refund.”
