I know its all busy been xmas, but lately there has being mistakes, never has happened to me and I have been buying from iconic for many years had not had any problems up until now.
I bought a dress received delivery on time but wrong garment, and I needed that dress for this weekend, thinking delivery is awesome with iconic always on time. Sorted that problem out got a "instore refund back", but not the dress I was hoping to wear this weekend.
So bought another dress OMG wrong dress again I have 1 day left I have to go to the shopping centre to find me a dress now, come on iconic please explain??
