Terrible experience with them “The Iconic! I ordered an item, and it arrived many faults. I contacted customer service, and they offered an exchange, but after more than 15 days, I still haven’t received the replacement. They did reply to me but they keep saying, "We will send it soon," but nothing happens! Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service. If you’re thinking of buying from them, be prepared for long waits and poor customer support. I will never shop here again!
