After waiting for my order to arrive for 3 weeks, I reached out to The Iconic to find out what was happening. A week later, I received 1 of the 3 items I ordered. I immediately reached out to The Iconic to find out what was happening with the other 2 items. Almost a week later (approaching 5 weeks from order), The Iconic finally told me that 1 item was no longer available and that the other item could be ordered again. I asked them to just post me the item, instead of making me order it again. Instead of doing that, The Iconic sent me the exact same message they had previously sent me. The poorest customer service I have received from an online retailer in the past few years. No responsibility taken, slow to respond, and responses were unhelpful.
