Order didn’t process and items are still in my shopping bag but my credit card has been charged $300. Have tried making contact with customer service for 10 days with no response. This is effectively theft and the lack of response is disgusting and causing huge stress
After spending thousands of dollars with the Iconic, this is so disappointing. Customers are obviously not important
I would give a lower rating if one was available
I will be seeking legal advise
