My partner bought a ogham picture for me for Christmas and we received the incorrect name. He contacted the Irish store and the person who made the picture who I must say tried her hardest to ensure we got the correct picture sent out to us through the Irish Store. Both myself and my partner contacted the Irish store again to find out where my picture was which wasn’t cheap at £47 and was told it had been sent out and we would receive a tracking number. The picture, a tracking number or the picture have not arrived. I have emailed the Irish on my partners behalf and been ignored!! I am very disappointed as the picture of my name in old Irish writing was a lovely thoughtful gift and so the one I have is totally useless. Thanks Irish store won’t use you again.
