I ordered a sweater from the Irish Store after Christmas, and received an acknowledgement of the order as well as a promise of an email informing me of when the sweater was being shipped along with tracking information. After about a week, I realized that I never received confirmation of the shipping or the tracking, so I called customer service and spoke with a gentleman. I explained my problem and he immediately "owned" the problem. After a brief hold, he was able to tell me that the sweater was shipped and was awaiting going through customs. He also provided the tracking details so I could see where the item was at any specific time. I was impressed on how promptly my inquiry was handled and the resolution that was provided.
