I found them via Google search as I was suspicious of the ones who called out of the blue. From the beginning they were wonderful. Took time and care with me. They made the whole process easy and fast but never pushy and for a change I felt totally comfortable talking about and sorting the things I’d been running away from. Even simple things like advising I speak to the bank and they did calls with me. They contacted my car finance company and helped me to understand that I can keep my car as the debt is against myself and not against the car (which is not always the case) so I was able to have peace of mind that my car wouldn’t be taken if I went into an IVA. The signing process was all digital and explained clearly with breakdowns of everything. I wanted the debt to be based on my finances and not my husbands and they were able to assist me appropriately. I was able to text whenever and they’d text or call back. Very personable experience. I felt totally reassured and I cannot recommend them more than I do right now. If anyone is avoiding opening mail or not answering the phone etc please just stop now. Take control! It’s worth having the conversation and then see how you feel. Nick was wonderful and I can’t thank him enough… Amy too! I sleep easy now and know that I can count down to debt freedom.
