I was very unsure about going through an IVA as I did not know alot about it. When I contacted the IVA advisor they maped it all out and explained exactly what I would need to do and what documentation would be required. They supported me on calls to my debters when they required debt amounts and information to go ahead with the IVA. I can't thank them enough for the help and support through this I would recommend them to anyone who has debt worries.
